![]() ![]() The story- seriously I'm 2 1/2 missions in and have no idea what I'm doing or why. No sense of cover the bots in wave shooters like space pirate trainer put up way more of a fight. Literally just walk out in the open for you to blast them. At least make me grab a clip from my belt or pocket. Also when reloading you just have a clip appear under your gun and you need to slide back the action once which again is just super unimpressive at this point in vr. The guns are also attached to your hands like in Arizona Sunshine which is 6 years old now. Guns - I only cleared the first 2 1/2 levels (which there's only 6) and I have 2 guns total neither of which feels better than the other. The only time I've experienced vr sickness since starting vr. You are also required to shoot while skiing which unless the enemy goes right in front of you (which they do a lot cause of the awful AI) get ready to get a little sick as your guy decides to either veer 90 degrees or spin out. The head motions to aim where you ski is extremely poorly implemented and I've had more than once where the tracking gets confused and your guy starts spinning relentlessly. Skiing is one of the least enjoyable things I've done in vr. There have been basically zero things to figure out as the game insultingly drags you from thing to thing. It's constant just walk here eliminate move to next marker. My only real positives are the art style is nice and it's on viveport infinity so I didn't have to spend extra to try it. ![]() I remember seeing the trailer for the game last year and being super bummed it wasn't on pc. So I'm still relatively new in VR gaming having only jumped in when the Oculus quest 2 originally released in October 2020, but man was this game an absolute noise dive from hype to reality. I'm making this as more of a warning to others as I usually look for others opinions on here for games. Schedule an AMA!
